Background:
I am a life long resident of Brevard County (also known as the “Space Coast”). I grew up here during the country’s early space pioneering days. I watched this area transform from a small sleepy fishing, tourism and citrus farming area into a dynamic and thriving gateway to space. This exciting era broadened the area's economic base by integrating technology, tourism, service and entertainment/leisure . Having this early exposure to the area means I am intimately in touch with its pulse. I can project trends, changing attitudes and preferences and find the new opportunities before they are public. I can easily recognize value, subtle opportunity and often have personal insight into specific property histories. I have a network of colleagues and developers who I poll from time to time to see what is on the planning horizon. I often will know what properties are coming onto market long before they show up in MLS. This can be a huge advantage to my clients.
Specialties and Coverage Areas
I specialize in new/pre-construction properties, custom new and resale luxury homes, waterfront properties (ocean, river and canals), condominiums, townhomes and home owners associations (HOAs). I can represent you exclusively as either a Buyer’s Agent or as a Seller’s Agent.
I am licensed to market and provide representation in the entire state but focus 90% of my attention to the following Brevard County areas: Indialantic Beach, Indian Harbour Beach, Melbourne, Melbourne Beach, Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, Satellite Beach, Merritt Island (especially S. Tropical Trail), Melbourne, Suntree/Baytree areas, Viera, Cocoa, Rockledge and Palm Bay.
